| Alpha-Bits 8 oz. Double print with CC8. There is a white horizontal line in the sky touching the top of the football in Starr's hand. When Starr's proof photo was printed, the top of it was where the white line is on this card. It appears Post artistically extended the sky above the football in order to avoid the top of the football and the top of Starr's head touching the white border. Ultimately, this left the white horizontal line remaining. This is also true of the CC8 card but the GNF16 card does not display the horizontal line as definitively. Orange gold pants and dark green jersey and grass that are all slightly darker than the CC8 version. Common border card. |
